JOB TITLE : Export Calling Executive

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for making export-related calls, communicating with potential clients, following up on leads, and maintaining regular communication to support business development and sales activities.

Role & Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential international clients/customers.
Communicate with clients professionally and understand their basic requirements.
Follow up with leads and existing contacts.
Maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Share relevant company/product information with clients.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills :
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Positive follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled approach while speaking with clients.
Basic computer and email knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications :
Any Graduate / relevant qualification.
Prior experience in Export Calling, International Calling, Telecalling, Sales Calling, or Customer Coordination will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
