We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Onboarding and Customer Success Lead to work closely with the Founders and support day-to-day business operations, customer success activities, research, and administrative execution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities -

Customer Success & Client Support
Monitor customer usage and adoption of mobiGuest solutions.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure successful onboarding and utilization.
Coordinate with customers for operational requirements and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
Generate basic reports on customer activity and usage trends.

Operations & Administration
Coordinate printing, packaging, and dispatch of QR codes and other deployment materials.
Maintain internal records, documentation, and operational trackers.
Support invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections.
Assist in vendor coordination and procurement activities.




Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in operations, customer support, administration, marketing coordination, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust organisational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and CRM systems.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced startup setting.
Prior experience in hospitality, SaaS, customer success, digital marketing, or business operations will be highly preferred.
