Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance function and drive financial planning, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will head the finance team, including the Senior Accountant, and focus on financial oversight, strategic input, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a leadership role, not a hands-on accounting position.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance department and supervise the accounting team, including the Senior Accountant.
Oversee financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, etc.).
Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
Review and approve key financial reports, statements, and reconciliations prepared by the accounting team.
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, export regulations, and applicable trade guidelines relevant to the organization's business activities.
Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants,



and other external stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and implement internal controls and financial best practices.
Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with company strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (BBA/MBA – Finance), or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of experience as a Finance Head or in a similar senior finance leadership role.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, GST, RBI regulations, export compliance, and statutory requirements.
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP financial systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full time Pay: From ₹85,000.00 per month
