Role & responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and planning of residential and commercial projects.
Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings.
Review and approve architectural plans, working drawings, and construction documents.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, and Project Management teams.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, NBC standards, and statutory approvals.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure design compliance.
Review consultant drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.
Optimize project designs for functionality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency.
Prepare design presentations and coordinate with management for approvals.
Guide and mentor junior architects and drafting teams.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
