Role Description The Freelance Salesforce Developer Trainer will design and deliver training sessions on Salesforce development and administration to learners at Henry Harvin’s Pune City location. This part time, in office role involves preparing course materials, practical labs, and real-world examples to teach Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce configuration, and best practices. The trainer will conduct interactive classes, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback,



and answer queries related to Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities also include updating content to align with the latest Salesforce platform releases and collaborating with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and learner experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong hands-on skills in Salesforce.com Development and Salesforce.com platform usage.

Candidates should possess practical experience with Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.

Candidates should possess solid Salesforce.com Administration capabilities, including configuration, security, and user management.

Candidates should possess the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and tailor content for learners at different levels.

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Administrator) are highly beneficial.

Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor in technical or Salesforce-related programs is an advantage.

Robust communication, presentation, and classroom management skills are required.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
