Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and how they integrate with business operations.
Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with organizational needs.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Familiarity with data migration, integration, and workflow automation within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering user-centric software enhancements.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
This position is based at our Pune office.
