Position: Finance Apprentice Revenue Recognition

Duration: 12 Months (Apprenticeship)

Location: Vadodara

Role Overview The Finance Apprentice will support the Revenue Recognition team in day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while gaining practical exposure to revenue accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in revenue recognition activities in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP).
Support contract reviews, revenue reconciliations, and accounting for deferred revenue and adjustments.
Assist in month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
Support preparation of financial reports and audit documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations,



and Billing to resolve revenue-related queries.
Help maintain accounting documentation, SOPs, and internal controls.
Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Required Skills
MBA (Finance)/ M.Com/ B.Com
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and revenue recognition concepts.
Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is an advantage.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative, rapid-paced workplace.
