Key Responsibilities:
Program and troubleshoot industrial robots such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, Kawasaki, Nachi, etc.
Implement and support robotic applications including but not limited to:
Spot Welding
Material Handling
Sealing & Gluing
Roller Hemming
Arc Welding
Lead or assist in onsite installation, commissioning, debugging, and machine acceptance processes at customer locations.
Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with design and automation teams to ensure smooth integration with production lines.
Apply knowledge of BIW (Body-in-White) manufacturing and automotive assembly line processes.
Utilize basic understanding of robotic simulation software to support offline programming and layout planning (advantageous).




Interpret and work with PLC programs and industrial controls architecture (basic level).

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, EEE, or Electronics & Communication (EC)
OR
Diploma in Mechatronics with relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics programming and commissioning.
Knowledge of safety standards and automation best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
