About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Field Research Associates to join our growing real estate team. This role involves conducting field surveys, collecting property-related information, interacting with property owners, and supporting market research activities. No prior experience in real estate is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to collect property and location data.
Survey residential, commercial, and land properties.
Gather accurate information about property prices, ownership, amenities, and market trends.
Meet property owners, brokers, and local contacts for data collection.
Verify and update property records.
Capture photographs and location details of properties.
Prepare daily field reports and submit research findings.
Coordinate with the office team for project updates.
Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility
Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers can apply




Basic communication skills in Telugu and English
Local candidates from Vijayawada preferred
Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Maps
Willingness to travel within the city
