Ensure timely closure of 10+ tutor requirement tickets while maintaining defined turnaround time (TAT).
Coordinate with students, parents, tutors, Sales, and Support teams for smooth tutor allocation and demo scheduling.
Negotiate tutor payouts, availability, and engagement terms while ensuring company profitability.
Follow up with tutors and clients until successful class confirmation and requirement closure.
Maintain accurate records of tutor profiles, hiring status, ticket updates, and onboarding details in the CRM.
Build and maintain a solid tutor database to fulfill urgent and future client requirements efficiently.
