Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business, functional, migration, and reporting requirements.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirement discussions.
Analyze current Flexera processes and support migration to ServiceNow.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Coordinate with ITAM, SAM, HAM, CMDB, integration, and project teams.
Support data mapping, migration validation, reconciliation, and defect management.
Plan and coordinate UAT activities and business sign-offs.
Prepare project documentation, traceability matrices, meeting notes, and operational readiness documents.
Support training, knowledge transfer, change impact analysis, and post-go-live activities.
