Job Summary:

Looking for a Test Engineer with hands-on experience in PCBA testing, debugging, and production support. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of ICT, FCT, system-level testing, failure analysis, and test process improvement in an EMS manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Perform ICT, FCT, Burn-in, and System Level Testing of PCBAs and electronic products.
Analyze test failures and perform component-level debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
Support NPI builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-up activities.
Validate and optimize test programs, fixtures, and test processes.
Coordinate with Design, Process, Quality, and Production teams to resolve test-related issues.




Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY), identify recurring defects, and drive yield improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain test reports, work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of PCBA testing and debugging
Experience in ICT, FCT, Flying Probe, and System Testing
Understanding of electronic components, schematics, and circuit analysis
