Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the overall financial control and accounting functions of the business.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Monitor business performance, revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial indicators.
Provide strategic financial advice and insights to senior management and business leaders.
Partner with Operations and other departments to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
Support business expansion, new projects, and strategic initiatives through sound financial evaluation.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to achieve high standards of performance and accountability.





Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant qualified experience in finance or financial control.
Previous experience in the hotel/resort industry is highly preferred.
Experience or exposure to spa operations, wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented businesses will be an advantage.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work strategically while maintaining strong attention to financial controls and operational details.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
