About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and motivated Team Lead Last Mile Operations to manage daily last-mile delivery operations, ensure timely dispatches, monitor field executives, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics operations and team handling.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.
Supervise and guide Field Executives (FEs) to achieve daily delivery targets.
Monitor attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation.
Ensure on-time dispatches and delivery performance as per SLA.
Track productivity, delivery success rate, and operational KPIs.




Coordinate with the hub team and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
Resolve delivery-related escalations and support field teams.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and drive continuous process improvements.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in logistics, last-mile, courier, or e-commerce operations.
Experience in handling delivery executives or warehouse teams is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic operational reporting.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
