Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agile principles and practices.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Coach and guide team members on agile best practices and techniques.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and career development within the team.

Job Requirements




Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with agile tools and software such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
