Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A; qualified to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Power BI, data analysis, and operational reporting, supporting strategic decisions and driving performance across business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Perform variance and cost analysis with actionable insights.
Provide data-backed financial recommendations to business teams.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
Conduct ad-hoc and operational analysis for projects and planning.
Track market trends and competitor benchmarks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals.





Requirements
2– 4 years of experience in FP&A; or corporate finance.
Strong in Excel, Power BI, and data handling; ERP experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a robust focus on accuracy and insights.
