Role Description The Founders Office role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves working closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, including market research, business planning, and tracking key projects and performance metrics.

Daily responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and structured problem-solving.



The person in this role will also help streamline processes, manage special projects, and ensure follow-through on action items from leadership meetings.

Qualifications
Ability to conduct structured research and analysis, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
Solid communication skills, including preparing concise presentations, documents, and executive summaries.
Project management abilities to plan, prioritize, and track multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
Comfort with data, including using spreadsheets and basic analytical tools to support strategic decisions.
Demonstrated interest in strategy, consulting, or business operations, preferably with experience in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proactive, accountable, and able to work closely with senior leadership while handling confidential information responsibly.
