Full Stack Developer

At OrthoFX, we’re building cutting-edge software to revolutionize the dental and orthodontic space in the US. We’re looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and high-performance front-end applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping technical solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.

•

Design and implement responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and related technologies.

•

Build and manage RESTful APIs to support seamless front-end and back-end integration.

•

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver quality features and improvements.

•

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues across the stack.

•

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

•





Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making.

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

•

2+ years of skilled experience as a Full Stack Developer.

•

Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.

•

Robust proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

•

Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

•

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and full-stack integration.

•

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

•

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.

•

Knowledge of testing frameworks and experience writing unit/integration tests.

•
