Founder’s Office Intern

Location: Bengaluru (preferred)

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

Time Commitment: 25 hours per week

We’re building an aspirational premium women’s western wear brand from the ground up. If you’ve ever wanted to experience what it takes to build and launch a consumer brand from zero, this is your chance.

What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with the founder across every aspect of building the company. No two days will look the same.

Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up operational systems, trackers, and processes from scratch.
Creating and maintaining Excel trackers to monitor tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
Coordinating with manufacturers, vendors, agencies, and other partners to ensure deadlines are met.
Following up relentlessly to keep every workstream on track until launch.
Assisting with launch planning and go-to-market strategy.
Researching and identifying influencers, creators, and brand collaborators.
Finding and evaluating software, AI tools, and platforms that can improve efficiency.
Working with the founder to document and build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Supporting product, operations, marketing,



and any other function that needs attention.
Solving recent problems every day—because building a startup means no two days are the same.

Who we’re looking for
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and productivity tools.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Curious, resourceful, and proactive.
Excited by startups and comfortable with ambiguity.
Someone who enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions.
Passionate about fashion, consumer brands, or entrepreneurship is a bonus.
