Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projects across India.
Drive project planning, procurement, manpower deployment, execution, billing, and timely completion.
Monitor project profitability, productivity, cash flow, and contractual compliance.
Build and lead high-performing project and procurement teams.
Develop solid relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Implement systems, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with the Managing Director on business strategy while independently managing day-to-day operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
18–25 years of experience in Electrical/Industrial EPC projects,



including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale industrial projects simultaneously.
Solid commercial, contractual, procurement, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
