Job Opening for Finishing Engineer.

Job Location : Ahmedabad, Jamnagar, Mundra

Highrise Building Experience Must.
Supervision & Team Management:

Supervise a team of skilled workers, including painters, tilers, plasterers, and other finishing trades.

Assign tasks and responsibilities based on project requirements.

Ensure the team follows safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Quality Control:

Inspect and review all finishing works to ensure they meet the required quality standards, specifications, and client expectations.

Perform regular checks on the quality of materials and workmanship.

Coordinate with quality inspectors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Project Coordination:





Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure the smooth execution of the finishing phase.

Ensure that all finishing activities are carried out according to the project timeline.

Monitor progress and report on any delays or issues that may arise.
Material & Resource Management:

Ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources for finishing work.

Work with procurement teams to order materials when needed.

Manage inventory and ensure the correct storage of materials in office.
Health & Safety:

Maintain a protected working workplace by enforcing safety regulations.

Identify and mitigate any safety hazards related to finishing works.
