Company Description: RedR India is a non-profit humanitarian organization and part of the International RedR network, supporting governments and agencies working in humanitarian response and disaster risk reduction. The organization maintains a roster of skilled specialists who can be deployed for emergencies, relief work, and risk reduction initiatives.

In addition to emergency support, RedR India focuses on building the capacities of individuals and organizations through practical, hands-on training. It designs and delivers tailored training programs for international and national NGOs and UN agencies, integrating topics such as gender, power, public health, emergency response principles, and core standards.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. You will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:




Design and develop secure, high-performance web applications and energetic portals.
Architect and manage robust relational databases and schemas.
Build and integrate third-party APIs (including messaging platforms and video SDKs).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.
Deep understanding of frontend frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
Solid experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and utilizing contemporary ORMs like Drizzle.
Experience with cloud deployment, system security, and performance optimization.
