Roles & Responsibilities :-

Evaluate loan applications and assess customers' creditworthiness.

Analyze financial documents, bank statements, and credit reports.

Identify and manage credit risks before loan approval.

Recommend loan approval, rejection, or revised loan terms.

Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory guidelines.

Verify loan documentation and collateral details.

Monitor loan portfolio performance and reduce NPAs/defaults.

Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
