Reports to: Development Lead | Engagement: Full time,; immediate availability preferred

Role purpose: Builds bilingual (Arabic-first RTL) portals and staff workspaces for government e-services: workflow, energetic forms, issuance with QR verification, notifications, and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

▪ Deliver user stories across front end (RTL/LTR parity) and back end (REST APIs, workflow, relational data).

▪ Implement status state machines, SLA timers, notification triggers, and tamper-evident audit-trail writes.

▪ Write unit/integration tests; fix defects within sprint; document as you build.

▪ Integrate AI-service outputs (screening results, advisory briefs) into officer-facing screens.

Qualifications & certifications: Bachelor's in CS/Engineering; relevant Azure or Power Platform certification advantageous.

Experience & languages: 5+ years full-stack development (.NET/C#, REST, SQL, up-to-date front end) including RTL/Arabic UI delivery; English mandatory, Arabic advantageous

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
