Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of MyPharmville and ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Coordinate and supervise academic, administrative, admissions, student support, marketing, and faculty-related activities.

Manage and coordinate faculty schedules, class timetables, batches, examinations, mock tests, and other academic activities in coordination with the Academic Head.

Monitor student admissions, onboarding, attendance, communication, queries, and overall student experience.

Ensure timely communication of schedules, announcements, examination updates, and other key information to students.

Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure classes and course activities are conducted as planned.

Supervise administrative staff and ensure that assigned responsibilities and daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of staff when required.





Coordinate with the Marketing & Creative team to ensure promotional activities and campaigns are aligned with MyPharmville’s objectives.

Assist management in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, systems, and processes for organisational growth.

Maintain robust relationships with students, faculty, staff, external partners, and other stakeholders.

Handle escalated student, faculty, staff, or operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor operational performance and provide regular reports and updates to the CEO/management.

Identify operational gaps and introduce improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
