Frontend Engineer (Next JS)

NeoITO is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering modular, maintainable solutions in team-oriented, distributed team environments.

Availability: Must be available to work in CST(6.30 PM- 3.30AM IST)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Architect and implement Micro Frontend solutions to enable modular development and deployment.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable frontend patterns.
Debug, troubleshoot,



and resolve complex UI/UX issues efficiently.
Integrate and customize CoreMedia CMS components for enterprise-grade digital experience platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Robust proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Positive to have experience with Micro Frontend architecture (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA).
Proficiency in state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
Familiarity with modern bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in distributed teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
