About the Role The General Manager – Human Resources will lead end-to-end HR operations across large, multi-unit textile manufacturing facilities, driving workforce planning, bulk hiring, and leadership recruitment aligned with production needs.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations across large, multi-unit textile manufacturing facilities
Drive workforce planning, bulk hiring, and leadership recruitment aligned with production needs
Manage industrial relations, labor law compliance, and dispute resolution
Oversee payroll management, statutory compliances, wage administration, and contractor management
Design and implement training, skill development, and leadership development programs
Strengthen HR policies,



performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with plant leadership to improve productivity, retention, and shop-floor discipline

Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of HR experience, preferably with 10+ years in large textile or manufacturing organizations
Solid hands-on exposure to industrial relations, payroll, and compliance
Master’s in Social Sciences or MBA (HR)

Required Skills
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in labor-intensive textile manufacturing
Robust understanding of compliance, ethical labor practices, and workforce sustainability
Ability to scale HR systems while maintaining employee trust and operational discipline
