Job Summary

The primary purpose of the role is to generate and manage current installation sales activities for elevators, escalators, and moving walks across diverse building types.

Roles & Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and market share by identifying and pursuing profitable business opportunities within the new installation sector, focusing on elevators, escalators, and moving walks for various building types.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and aligned with company standards. .
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and building managers to align project specifications with customer needs,



maintaining robust relationships with these key stakeholders to secure business and ensure project success.
Provide accurate and timely documentation of sales processes, contracts, and project specifications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Interact regularly with customers, contractors, and internal teams to foster positive relationships and ensure transparent communication of project goals and requirements.
Exhibit strong teamwork by coordinating with colleagues and engineers

Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales within the related industry.
