Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in import and export documentation, financial management, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the organization
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and audits
Handle import and export documentation, including LC, bill of lading, shipping documents, customs compliance, and foreign remittances
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks
Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting,



or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
8–12 years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to import/export processes
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and international trade finance
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling international transactions and forex management
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
