Key Responsibilities:
Lead the University's placement strategy and campus recruitment initiatives.
Build and strengthen relationships with leading corporates and industry partners.
Drive internship and placement prospects across all schools and programs.
Mentor and lead the placement team to achieve institutional placement goals.
Develop industry collaborations, MoUs, and employer engagement initiatives.
Monitor placement performance, student employability, and recruitment outcomes.

Desired Profile:
Proven leadership experience in Placement, Career Services, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Corporate Relations.
Solid network with recruiters across diverse industry sectors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management,



and team leadership skills.
Demonstrated track record of successfully driving
