Role Summary

CIRM Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely payments, reconciliation, bookkeeping, data analysis of Insurance Claims and support for payments to preferred insurance brokers for the Franchisee programs. This role involves research and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Corporate Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Insurance and Risk Management: Reconciliation, Data Analysis, Invoice processing, Incident reporting in the respective platforms, Journal entries upload and month-end/quarterly activities. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely response to the vendor/claimants.
Research &
Issue Resolution: Monitor the accounts and sub-accounts in our system to ensure the charges are applied/moved to the correct stores. Investigate and resolve and customer service inquiries via ServiceNow.
Reporting &
Metrics: Track and report on payment schedules and workload metrics. Maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor compliance status and performance indicators.
Process Improvement &
Projects: Support insurance claims/accounts related projects, initiatives, effectively document all the processes, prepare audit checklist and KPIs as needed.



Continuously works to improve the process and challenge the status quo. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices, collaborate with SSC and provide real-time updates as necessary for the process. Collaborate with vendors for claim payments/refunds and regular functioning of the process.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce. Masters is a plus
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Insurance/ Accounting.
Technical &
Skilled Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Positive accounting experience and ability to reconcile data, journal entries (monthly, reclass/reverse). Basic knowledge on impact of P&L; and Balance Sheet. Analytical experience.

Experience in communicating to vendors/stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
