Job Title: Functional Consultant – Pre-Sales (HMIS)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end product demonstrations of the HMIS, EMR, and Quality Management System (QMS) to prospective clients.
Understand client workflows, business processes, and functional requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements, and coordinate with the Development team for feasibility, customization, and implementation.
Act as a functional consultant by providing product expertise and recommending best-fit solutions.
Support the Sales team during pre-sales discussions, presentations, RFPs, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare demo environments, use-case scenarios, and proof of concepts (POCs) based on customer requirements.
Work closely with Product, Development, and Implementation teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.
Stay updated on HMIS workflows, NABH standards, healthcare regulations, and product enhancements.

Preferred Skills & Eligibility




Must be a Doctor or Healthcare Qualified

(MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, Nursing, MHA, or equivalent healthcare qualification).
4–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, hospital operations, quality management, or HMIS functional consulting.
Experience in

NABH/JCI implementation, hospital accreditation, or quality management initiatives is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in hospital quality implementation and process standardization.
Robust knowledge of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to understand hospital workflows and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Experience in healthcare IT pre-sales or functional consulting is preferred.
