Job Title: Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 8–12 years (Post-Qualification)

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead Finance & Accounts operations for our real estate business. The role involves financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS, internal controls, and project finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting, book closure, and financial reporting (Ind AS/IGAAP).
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate statutory and internal audits and finalize accounts.
Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and MIS reports.
Monitor RERA compliance, project costing, fund utilization, customer collections, and vendor payments.
Lead and support the finance team while strengthening internal controls and accounting processes.

Preferred Profile:
CA with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, SAP/Tally, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
