Fixed Asset Accountant / Finance Executive

Location: Edappally, Kerala

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 2–4 Years in Finance Executive – Fixed Assets

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant / Finance Executive to manage fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, along with a robust understanding of fixed asset accounting processes.

Responsibilities
Manage the Fixed Asset Register and oversee the complete asset lifecycle.
Perform asset capitalization, transfers, retirements, and disposals.
Prepare fixed asset schedules and support month-end closing activities.
Conduct fixed asset reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate physical verification of assets across branches.




Review and reconcile branch audit observations.
Prepare fixed asset reports and support management reporting.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, and branch teams to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and company procedures.
