Role Description This is a full time, on-site Finance Associate role based in Ramanagara.

The Finance

Associate will support daily accounting and finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities include helping with financial reporting, reconciling accounts, monitoring expenses and revenues, and supporting budgeting and forecasting tasks. The role involves analyzing financial data to provide insights for management decisions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and coordinating with other departments to resolve financial queries.





The Finance

Associate will also assist with documentation for audits, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Finance and strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Candidates should possess skills in Financial Reporting to compile, present, and explain periodic financial performance.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey financial information clearly.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software is beneficial.

Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines are significant.

Prior experience or internship in finance or accounting, particularly in the automotive or manufacturing sector, is an added advantage.
