Job Summary

We are hiring a Finance & Compliance Associate to support financial reporting, audit, compliance, and finance operations. The ideal candidate is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements.
Support statutory, internal, and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with global stakeholders and finance teams.
Assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Support international tax, transfer pricing, and compliance initiatives.
Perform financial analysis and process improvements.
Maintain financial records and documentation.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).




2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in Audit, Assurance, Financial Reporting, or Finance.
Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
Working knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
Exposure to GCC taxation is a plus.
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
Experience with Big 4, consulting firms, multinational companies, or shared service centers is preferred.
