Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the company's fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are secure, compliant, cost-effective, and available to support business needs.

The Fleet

Manager will manage vehicle maintenance, driver performance, fuel efficiency, regulatory compliance, and fleet optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation.
Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-control measures.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
Maintain vehicle records, insurance, permits, and registrations.
Monitor GPS tracking and optimize routes.
Manage driver performance, training, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and service providers.
Prepare fleet performance reports and budgets.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in fleet or transportation management.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GPS tracking systems.
Budget and cost management.
Solid analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹13,131.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
