Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of software applications. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:



- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.- Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and understanding of the projects.

Professional & Technical Skills: -- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 for developing user interfaces.- Robust understanding of database management and SQL.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in applications.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
