Job Responsibilities
Lead the visual direction of projects across various media, including graphic design, UI/UX design, motion graphics, video, animation, and 3D
Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop concepts and ensure they align with client objectives
Create and present design concepts, storyboards, and mood boards to clients
Oversee design projects and manage timelines and budgets
Mentor and manage junior designers to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role, preferably in an advertising agency Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industrystandard software.
