We are seeking an experienced HPE OpsRamp Subject Matter Expert (L2) to manage, configure, and optimize the OpsRamp Observability Platform across hybrid IT environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring, alert management, dashboard development, automation, and ITSM integrations.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability, or IT Operations.
Hands-on experience with HPE OpsRamp Platform.
Robust understanding of Hybrid Infrastructure environments.
Experience supporting Windows, Linux, Network, and Cloud monitoring.
Knowledge of monitoring protocols including SNMP, WMI, and API-based integrations.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
