Role Description The German Tutor role at NINE International is a volunteer, in office position based in Vadodara. The tutor will deliver engaging German language lessons to learners, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, preparing teaching materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.



The tutor will support learners in building practical communication skills in German that complement their broader international education plans. Collaboration with other instructors and staff to improve teaching methods and maintain a supportive learning workplace is also expected.

Qualifications
Robust proficiency in German language (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) and ability to explain grammar and vocabulary clearly.
Experience or interest in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring learners, preferably in a classroom or small-group setting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support learners of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
Organizational and time-management skills to plan lessons, track learner progress, and meet scheduled class times.
Basic familiarity with language proficiency tests or international education pathways is an advantage.
Formal education in languages, education, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; relevant certifications in German (e.g., Goethe-Institut levels) are a plus.
