Role Overview The Green Building Analyst will play a key role in supporting green certification projects by conducting sustainability analysis, preparing documentation, performing compliance checks, and coordinating with design and project teams. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for sustainable development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Certification & Documentation

Assist in preparing and managing documentation for IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, and GEM rating systems.

Support compliance tracking, data collection, and submission of credits/points.

Conduct detailed review of project documents for accuracy and compliance.

Technical Analysis

Support energy, water, and material analysis for certification requirements.

Conduct daylight, thermal comfort, and environmental impact studies under guidance.

Analyse project performance against sustainability benchmarks and rating criteria.





Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project compliance.

Provide technical inputs during project design and execution.

Participate in team meetings, presentations, and sustainability workshops.

Site Support & Monitoring

Conduct site visits for implementation checks and progress monitoring.

Prepare reports on compliance and implementation of green building measures.

Qualifications & Skills

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil / Environmental Engineering or related fields.

MIn. 2 years of experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, or green building consultancy (fresh graduates with relevant training may also apply).

Knowledge of IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, or other certification frameworks preferred.

Familiarity with energy/daylight simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, eQuest, IES, or OpenStudio) will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Solid communication skills in English and Marathi.

Passion for sustainability, green building design, and environmental responsibility.
