Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests professionally
Handle guest check-in and check-out support
Respond to guest queries and ensure guest satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain positive guest relations and hospitality standards
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge
