About the Role

Torchit is expanding its government business and is looking for an experienced skilled to manage government tenders and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, manage tender submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize government business.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor GeM, CPP Portal, and other government procurement platforms daily.
Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids.
Ensure all tender documentation is accurate and submitted before deadlines.
Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for bid preparation.
Manage vendor registrations, certifications, and compliance documents.
Track tender status and maintain a tender pipeline.




Build relationships with government departments and procurement agencies.
Analyze competitors and government procurement trends.
Maintain complete documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in Government Tender Management or GeM.
Robust understanding of GeM Portal and e-procurement systems.
Experience preparing government bids.
Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
