Hiring: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell our developer packages through our website.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of developer advertising and marketing packages.
Generate and convert leads from real estate developers and builders.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase package subscriptions.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Regular basis MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Knowledge of the real estate developer market is preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
