About the Firm

We are a boutique law firm based in Delhi specializing in Direct Tax Litigation, Corporate Advisory, Commercial Disputes, and Legal Compliance. We regularly represent clients before the Income Tax Department, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), High Courts, Supreme Court and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. Our interns receive practical exposure to real client matters, legal drafting, and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on Taxation Laws.
Assist in drafting Assessment replies, Penalty Replies, written submissions, and legal articles.
Prepare case briefs, research notes, and summaries of judgments.
Assist in matters before the Income Tax Department, ITAT, High Courts, and other forums.
Assist in departmental proceedings and other aspects of Field Work.
Assist in client meetings (where required).
Maintain case files, legal databases, and documentation.

Eligibility




Graduated from a 3 Year or 5-year integrated law course.
Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Commerce Background preferred.
Solid legal research and drafting skills.
Positive command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Word and basic legal research platforms (Taxmann, SCC Online, etc.) is preferred.
Prior internship experience in litigation or taxation will be an added advantage.
