Job Title : Group Manager - PPC

Location : Chennai Office

Reports to (Position) : Head

Department/Function : PPC

Purpose of the Job : Responsible for ensuring the adherence of Production plan made to meet the customer demand on time.

Major Responsibilities
To monitor, coordinate and communicate the daily Production Plan with Plant.
Digitalization of Process.
Use appropriate inventory management models to reduce material loss.
Initiation & Guiding Team in completion of QC story projects.
Training on Apollo current tools.
Inventory tracking as per norms.
Participate in incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.





Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

Knowledge on Production Planning and Scheduling.

Knowledge on Inventory Management.

Knowledge on Pull Production Systems and Optimization techniques.

Knowledge on SAP PP module and PIBS.

Awareness on OHS & POSH Act.

Skills

IE Conceptual skills

Analytical Logical Reasoning

Relevant Experience : 15 18 years experience in PPC functions in Engineering / Process industry. Preferably in

Tyre industry.

Education Qualification(s) : Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
