Role & responsibilities
Monitor container equipment inventory and resolve dispatch exceptions.
Process equipment requests and ensure timely dispatch.
Handle equipment events (EPOS) and maintain accurate records.
Create storage/LOLO work orders and verify vendor invoices.
Track overdue containers and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Support Smart Return/Pick-up activities and performance tracking.
Prepare operational reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with depots, terminals, vendors, and internal teams.

Required Skills:
Experience in container shipping, logistics, or equipment/depot operations.
Knowledge of freight/equipment management systems and EPOS.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Robust attention to detail and process adherence.
Ability to manage deadlines and operational escalations.
Valuable written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced operations env
