Job Purpose

Lead the design, implementation and optimization of OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions across enterprise document automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1015 years overall IT experience.
Lead OCR/IDP solution delivery using ABBYY, Kofax, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Google Document AI or Amazon Textract.
Manage document extraction, classification, validation and workflow automation.
Work with business, architects and engineering teams.
Ensure quality, governance, risk management and production support.
Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications B.E./B.Tech or higher.

Requirements
Experience in OCR/IDP platforms (ABBYY, Kofax, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Google Document AI, Amazon Textract).
Knowledge of Python/.NET/Java APIs and cloud (Azure/AWS).
Finance & Accounting Services (FAS) domain experience is preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
