ABOUT FAREFUZZ TRAVELS:

FareFuzz is a US-based premium travel company headquartered in Fremont, California, specializing in discounted Business and First Class airfare. We are looking for an experienced Airline Ticketing Executive to support our sales team by managing end-to-end ticketing operations with accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issue and manage international flight tickets using GDS.
Handle ticket reissuance, refunds, even exchanges, and schedule changes.
Ticket bookings generated by the sales team accurately and within timelines.
Communicate directly with airlines to resolve ticketing, fare, and reservation-related queries
Interpret and apply airline fare rules before issuing or modifying tickets.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and company SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum

1 year of experience in airline ticketing or the US Travel Process.
Hands-on experience with

GDS

(Sabre preferred; Amadeus, Galileo)
Experience coordinating directly with airlines.
Excellent English communication skills.
